He's the reason I started watching wwf...

STILL can't believe how badly they fukked him up...

The voice box shyt, I can get over as that ran its course...

But if he wasn't really burned, why pretend like the hair was just part of the mask? Never understood that

You really have to give credit to Undertaker for how he sells Kane's debut. The look on his face, the shock, the disbelief, the fear, instantly makes the audience view Kane as a threat on 'Taker's level before Kane even does anything. Reminds me of what Foley said about Triple H's reaction to Cactus Jack during their Royal Rumble program. If Undertaker reacted to Kane any differently than he did, the angle could fall off right there.

His build up and booking was strong that fans cheered for him while facing a PRIME, white hot stonecold for the WWF title in that 1st blood match. His character and costume design was a work of genius. Coolest shyt since prime Big Van Vader in the 80's with the steampunk wolly mammoth mask

That match is so underrated. Vince was backstage and kept raising n lowering a steel cage during the match.

It still boggles my mind that Raw didn't get ANY ratings victories during that time period especially after the screwjob.
THE FINGERPOKE OF DOOM WAS A WORKED REPRESENTATION OF OUR SHOOT FINGERPOKE OF DOOM TO OUR OWN RATINGS, BROTHER! WE TOLD THE AUDIENCE TO SWITCH TO RAW, DUDE! IT WAS ALL PART OF THE MASTER PLAN, MEAN GENE!

i agree. i gave up on wrestling sometime after that...it just got to be too much to me..and they were on The Nashville Network :dahell:

just couldnt get into it anymore. no idea how i got back into it in 2009 :snoop:

Had to have been Edge/Jeff Hardy/CM Punk related, cause 2009 kicked started the tame lifeless mediocre era outside of them

Around Bad Blood was when I really started getting into wrestling on a weekly basis. The set up for Kane was so perfect it's amazing especially compared to now.
