Dude is a bad reader. But I expected worse. He pretty much knew the words, he just had a problem with forming the sentence. Almost like brain damage or like a person battling dyslexia.

Illiteracy is defined as the inability to read or write. He may have a problem with reading but it seemed more like he had a problem with putting the words together/formimg the sentence more than it was him not knowing what the words on the paper was. A true illiterate wouldn't have even been able to finish one sentence on that paper they gave him. I'm not caping. It was bad. Just expected worse.
