It makes a difference though.

Kanye produced his own beats and colabs on his lyrics.

Drake doesn't do either. He literally regurgitate a script in the studio.

Here’s one for you since you wanna stray :beli:

Drake. But I'm more of an R&B type dude so I'm biased.

Drake for as great as he is, does not make timeless music. His music is incredible for that moment, but doesn't have much replay value. Go back and try listening to anything he made before 2017. Amazing music, but it just stays there.

Kanye however you can still play MBDTF and enjoy it 10+ years later. Graduation could be released today. For that reason Kanye wins this. More classic albums and timeless music

A versus with Drake would be boring as hell. I can’t think of anyone else who would be a better matchup with Ye tho. Kanye is a chameleon artistically while Drake is basically Nelly on steroids. :patrice:

Don't get me wrong those are all hits, but majority of those songs are stuck in the time they were released. Nobody is replaying them much.

The same thing that makes Drake so great, unfortunately is the same thing that keeps him from being greater than Kanye.

Drake is so great that he can take a sound that is heavily saturated and still be put in a class of his own above everybody else. But he does that with sounds/music that have an expiration date. Honestly Drake could start doing NY drill and make it pop.

Kanye on the other hand creates new sounds and at the same time makes those sounds/music timeless.

Drake makes the better music
Kanye is the better creator

That to me puts Kanye above Drake considering the number of classics he has. Plus Drake's core sound is based on Kanye to be begin with.

How many of those did he help create outside of vocal presentation?

We limiting it to 20? Kanye wins. The more songs you allow, the more Drake washes him. Kanye has basically been irrelevant for 5-ish years. What's funny though, is why are people even presenting this shyt like Drake would ever do a versus with Kanye? Kanye burned that bridge, and will have to get his music back on point, or settle for being an interesting has been.
Kanye just sold out a football stadium without even performing. Irrelevant artists can’t do that.
