This whole "one year suspension" thing is ridiculous.

How can someone whose job is all about leadership and authority get suspended for a year and come back like nothing happened? His stature would be irreversibly damaged.

He has coached his last game with the Celtics. The "one year suspension" thing is just a gimmick to allow both parties to ease into a separation that is less expensive for the Celtics than dismissing him.
