Most competent people understand that age obviously doesn’t matter when talking about a persons ability to influence and dictate another persons career based on their position of power you simple ass nikka… hence ..most organizations including policies around a boss not being able to have relations with their subordinates as that directly opens the organization up to litigation (which they definitely care about) if the relationship goes left and there’s retaliatory measures taken against the subordinate as an example
