Not saying you're wrong, but Doug Collins on the Bulls was fired back in the day ALLEGEDLY in part for some immoral shenanigans, which was one of the reasons Phil Jackson took over. Doug was fired by Reinsdorf, not Jerry Krause. The rest is history. It's never talked about, and thus I'd bet falls into what Stephen A. talks about when he says "historically".
