How did Boston sell him out? If Ime did some foul shyt and they have to punish him what should they have done? They can't just come out and say they're suspending him without giving a reasoning.
Stephen A was on some bullshyt. He says on one hand he's not trying to protect Ime but then in the next sentence mad that they didn't just fire Ime as if questions wouldn't be asked and people wanting clarity. It'd be different if he's a bad coach and there was a reason. You can't just fire a coach that took the team to the finals without a good reason.
This wouldn't have worked. The lawyers already finished their investigation by then. He would've gotten fired instead of just 1 years suspension. Maybe they buy him out later

SAS is legit fuming lol. He's smart enough to realize something happened when the owner has to say "we can't legally go into specifics about the full situation" so him playing dumb about why they couldn't go into full details. He should also see that they're protecting Ime's reputation by not going into full details.
