Porzingis is heading to Free Agency if he opts out of his contract. You’re not going to get a kings ransom in a trade & you don’t want to pay him to lose. He won’t play 50 games next season probably

As for Beal. That contract is flat out terrible. Getting your hands off that deal is a win in itself.
