Yeah, I'm sure the Republic of India would love 350 million more Muslims in the mix

true. the hindu nationalist types would have trouble with it. I think it would definitely improve the average (median) bangladeshi's life though while giving india more strategic territory and so forth. Not sure about the Pakistan thing, they've created a whole different type of country up there these days
