all the weirdos were in the rap section (but funny) and Lebron fans were Kobe fans of that day
people would go to war for bean and every other team would shyt on them... only for Kobe to destroy us

alot more rare shyt was getting dropped and promoted... more mixtapes and better artist talked about
celebrities on the forum itself...rep system and gambling was hilarious etc

forums got the news first and was like TMZ (still kind of is)
and you learned different regions and artists straight from the local people

I didnt know about Mac Dre until Sohh when his gravestone was stolen... I clicked because its hilarious
after going down the rabbithole and story of Dre... he immediately became my top 5 rapper of all time... I still listen to Dre daily because of Sohh


when people say "I wish artists didnt act corny on social media" these forums were the first foray into exposing them and getting them to respond
Lipstick Alley and allhiphop... stuff we pretend to shyt on was pioneer for making celebrities aggy and responding to rumors... which exposed most of them

without forums you never have The Game beating people up on camera for clout... or Joe Budden TV (sohh member) or Saigon acting wild and throwing a fit on the internet

When that nikka said game ain't been beat up as he'd called the mall to double check. He still has the nerve to show his face tho.
