I think everyone should go read the book The Power of Consistency.
We all kinda KNOW what we need to do but we don't really DO it. Why?
Because thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, actions lead to results.
If you're not like your results, it's because of how you FEEL.
Bruhs have to get in touch with their feelings on some real shyt. A lot of what we FEEL determines what we believe.
If you have a lot of anger, sadness, depression, it's based off what was told to you and now you're thinking about it.
What we FEAR is what often comes true. Because it's emotion. Because it's what we are thinking about.
If we change our thoughts, we can then control how we feel about things, changing our actions and getting better results.
It's a science to it... but something we should ALL learn.
That's so true. Every time I try to do something I always get flashbacks of all the negative things anybody has ever said or done to me. It replays in my head over and over again. I thought it was only me that experience that and that my memory was just really good. Things that happen to me when I was three years old I remember like it was just yesterday.
