At this point its sad but it's understandable. :yeshrug: People like holding on to their wealth. The best way to do it is to make it difficult for those at the bottom to climb the ladder. This is no different than whites separating other whites. On a local level, we see it all the time. White folks redistrict school zones so their kids schools can get better funding while keeping certain demographics and lesser classes out.

As for black folks, the game is clear as day but folks still entertain it. :francis:

People gotta stop buying into trickle down Black excellence.

Jay Z was actually an early forefather of this bullshyt. All that “I do this for my culture
To let 'em know what a nikka look like, when a nikka in a Rosta” drivel. The Democratic party and the corporate America ran with it.

There are two struggles we face
There’s a race struggle
But there’s also a class struggle
They’re strongly connected, but it’s important to not lose sight of that
Exactly

Unfortunately the black elite have gone with the American way of removing class from the discourse. It’s why they want us to celebrate a billionaire getting another billion or a black person becoming a CEO or being high ranking in a presidential administration. It’s dope to see a black face in those positions, but a)it’s not a win for black people as a collective b)more often than not they will behave the same as the white person in that role because they have class solidarity.
