You have an issue with ADOS alleged leadership and non-exsistant agenda.

You feel the movement lacks direction, focus, and strategy for not only successful winning reparations -- but if its awarded -- post-reparations.

You have an issue with some of the messaging and narrative being spewed by many of those who are behind the hashtag movement -- I understand that.

But know, those like myself have and are working with politicians (John Conyers Jr.) making sure when the next step is here -- and the ADOS baton is passed - things will be in place. With or without Tone, Yvette and anyone else - its bigger than them.

Dont assume it's just them - or that we are all working together or believe the same thing -- Nah. The goal is H.R. 40 and reparations.

Nothing can be laid out for you until that is accomplished.

I'm still trying to drive down the parallels and more importantly, differences between us and the Jewish community. To put it short, they've been playing an extremely long game and building to the example she presented earlier. #ADOS™ has caught attention for all of 2-3 weeks-- I could say the same for your latest rap single (barring my mixtape)

I don't disagree on what we're owed but how we'll get it and how long it'll take are wildly different from what is espoused here and elsewhere. Do you know how to eat an elephant???

But, I am extremely informed and educated on what the ancestors of ADOS -- and their descendants went through here. Damn near everything.

And in have no problem correcting nor aggressively questioning someone who comes at the claim they are owed.

The parralell is simply - ADOS just like Jewish have every right to not only go after the U.S. - but almost each and every company and industry separately for reparations.

You trying to talk about how long it took for them and their strategy --- and I am saying... SO. They are white. They hold massive power and money to lobby and get whatever they want.

I am not comparing Holocaust reparations to ours in that post - I am showcasing it's more than one way and more than just the US government who owes.

Did you not read Coates piece or Dr. Darity? - cause these examples and claims are all listed.

That's the key difference. I'm not arguing against what is owed but how others (Jewish in this thread) got it. How long it took, and how they're STILL fighting for it all. Show me where I said we're not owed reparations

A stronger economic base would obviously help aados in their efforts. However establishing and maintaining the proper ethos is very important even if that support currently lacks, which is what I think dede is getting at.

They have numerous committees for such claims.

They employ numerous lobbyist who sit around and research and present to governments and companies internationally using the Holcaust to fund Israel.

"Whites" are nothing but European immigrant lthat unified under single banner. This is where the unappreciation of pan-africanism (which is a whole nother topic)begins. It's cool tho. Happy Sunday
