So funny that most people on this site don't think Harris has a chance at winning meanwhile the Rethugs/MAGA are obviously nervous. They didn't expect Biden to drop out because Trump never would have. This is very unsettling for them. So much so they'll probably try and challenge this through SCOTUS if/when Kamala wins.

He's kind of losing it. Biden's been the main story, but this campaign is such a farcry from 2020 and much more from 2016.
That entire convention was about him and still felt low-energy. Nothing he says really sticks out as much anymore. It's enough to ignite his base, but dude literally almost got killed and he received no fukking bump from that.

Nah they overplayed their hands and now they have to deal with someone who can actually run. They didn't actually want him gone.
They thought he'd be too prideful and Trump would be up against "Sleepy Joe on his death bed" come election time. Because if the roles were reversed, Trump, would have never considered dropping out so they probably never thought this was a likely outcome.
1. Biden is someone who has defeated Trump
2. Biden dropping out means Trump has the benefit of running against someone that has NOT defeated him and it's a bonus that the someone is a ~black woman.
This idea that they didn't really want him gone doesn't make sense in any reality. They've already been working to lay the DEI attack groundwork long before Biden dropped out, alllllmost as if they anticipated that Kamala would be next in line in the event that Biden decided against running again.
This doesn't even factor in the legal challenges that the dems have exposed themselves with this course of action.
If Kamala manages to pull it off, it will ONLY be because the Dems have effectively communicated that Trump is an existential threat to democracy.

No one was going to vote for Biden after he couldn't complete a full sentence during that debate lol. Republicans have literally no legal ground to stand on since the party nominates the candidate during the convention and always has. The primaries are a formality really.
He took a bullet from one of his own fools. Neither fool believed in democracy. So his statement was bullshyt.
While he gave a poor performance, all of his responses were all anchored in truth against someone who lied the entire time.
That Kamala is going to inspire a confidence that Biden couldn't remains to be seen.
