the first 3 living dead movies make it the greatest horror franchise...everything (games..movies..books..comics..merchandise) in the "zombie" genre descends from night of the living dead...i always thought that movie was special and when i read what roger ebert thought about it i knew i was right...

the gradual decline of civilization in each movie was perfect...1st movie: tv and radio telling people please stay in your home...2nd movie: tv and radio telling people please try to get to designated areas;your homes aint safe...3rd movie: no tv or radio;the survivors (a zombie research team) living in a underground military bunker scared..confused..and waiting for the end to come;the zombies won...romero even had a black man playing the hero in each film in the trilogy(i know ben gets slumped by some peckerwood that thought he was a zombie but he still the hero in that movie)...nothing can compete with what romero did...

Tremors 1 and 2 are where its at. Scraping the bottom of the barrel once you get to 10 though:francis: not a lot of consistent horror franchises out there and I refused to put Saw on my list

Also, fukk you son :russ: im proud of that list
