I had Jamaican breakfast once but I don't eat seafood so all I ate was the plantains. I love me a good hashbrown and pancakes too. But for me, nothing beats mangu with salami, cheese, etc.

Nah, the best breakfast is old school southern. I remember eating cheese grits, eggs, fried fish, fried pork chops, sausages and biscuits(homemade). Nothing is topping that shyt. The way my great aunt seasoned the fish, and pork chops, were heaven:blessed:. I don't eat that stuff anymore but when I did, it was HEAVEN.

Also, fried food when done correctly has much less fat then people think. For some reason people have this notion that because the food is cooked in fat, that its high in fat, but that isn't the case if you cook your food properly, especially when its protein rich like meat.
