You're on crack cocaine if you think the Pelicans can win damn near two games but Houston won't even get one
There's a couple of things wrong with your post. First, you said "damn near". Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but "damn near" and ACTUALLY winning games are 2 different things. There's 2 things that matter in the playoffs, and that's winning and losing. Last I checked, the Pelicans did NOT win a game against the Warriors, and that's all that matters.

Second, Anthony Davis doesn't play for the Rockets. No matter what you think of James Harden, he is most certainly NOT Anthony Davis.

And third, basketball is all about matchups. You can't use the "well, THAT team almost won a game or 2, so THIS team is definitely gonna win some" argument. Doesn't work like that. Every series is different, and the Warriors match up extremely well with the Rockets in every facet of the game. \\

Is a sweep likely? Probably not. I already said that picking a sweep in the Conference Finals isn't the smartest thing to do, but I don't see how you can be a fan of basketball and think this series will be competitive. I don't see how the Rockets can win 2 games, let alone 3 to make it go 7 or 4 to advance. But as the saying goes, "that's why they play the game(s)". I hope the series is good, but I just don't see it happening.

lol, nah, that's not how things are done. But if you're so confident, I'll give you the chance to double down on your cash. Rockets win the series, you go from $159,650 to $319,300. Warriors win the series, you go to zero.

That's my offer.

Props to Rockets for making it through, but they only win this series if Warriors beats themselves. GSW is the superior team in every way. Clearly, no debating.

That said.... let the fukkery begin! Can't wait! :ahh:

Mike meltser from some Houston radio show was on knbr just now saying Warriors in 6
:sas2:

It sickens me how the Houston sports talk radio host don't wanna be labeled as "homers". Everyone is picking GSW so I get it but these hosts here in Houston we're picking the Clippers too.

All season when callers disagree with the hosts about the Rockets and it's not the majority of what the nation thinks then they throw that "well you're a homer". Look where the Rockets are. According to even our own Sports Talk Radio Hosts we're supposed to be home.

Everybody think the Rockets can't win this series except the people who matter most. The Rockets themselves.
