The monday night wars were better anyway. During that era, EVERYBODY was eating. wcw, wwf, ecw included. Wrestling as a whole was at its peak. during the attitude era, it was only one show in town basically

WWF really coined the "Attitude Era" term and ran with it.

Austin started it.

WCW had a clusterfukk of shyt going on and should only be known as the Dictator Hoegan era
This is facts. It's also why they got they asses kicked.

Sure but I think the NWO angle in WCW and to a lesser extent what ECW was doing forced them to have it

The Hoegan dictator NWO shyt would have gotten stale as fukk with the quickness if Austin didnt come around to really shake things up

Once again

The Hoegan turn was big for Mark's

Austin was big for mainstream pop culture in general

Austin took it to it's TRUE prominence. Not Hoegan
Wtf is this nikka talking about :mjlol:

This might be the biggest case of revisionist history I've ever seen

WCW didn't think Steve Austin was marketable and fired him but they started the Attitude era?!?!?! :mindblown:

some of ya'll are smoking some good shyt :mjlol:
