It was certainly insinuating but there weren't any confirmed reports that he was. He may have been abused though by others.

I'm gonna miss this season I like this season way more that I originally thought I would.

At first I didn't like how they were going backwards with the storytelling but it makes sense now. You can almost rewatch it in reverse episodically with the finale being last right after the first episode.
