Arrow has cast Elysia Rotaru as a new love interest for Oliver in the upcoming season of Arrow, EW has learned exclusively.

Before the fans freak out, Oliver (Stephen Amell) is still with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Rotaru (Supernatural, iZombie) will recur in flashbacks as someone from Oliver’s past, though further details on her character are being kept under wraps.

“Oliver is gonna have a love interest in the past that will serve as a parallel or potentially a contrast to his love affair with Felicity in the present,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells EW.

Sounds like this chick's sole purpose is to use the flashbacks to show that Felicity is Oliver's "one true love".:camby:

Felicity went from one of my most liked characters to being thrown into the bushes along with the female District Attorney turned superhero that has the strength & skill to to take down multiple trained assassins at the same time. :dead:

She was funny, quirky & sexy at first but her character has just become plain ol' annoying ever since the role increase. Show started off dark & gritty but has become some Teen Dramaish, female empowering :trash:

A part of this show died when Sara was killed. :sadcam:
