The Arab slave trade enslaved atleast 20 million blacks, yet where are their descendants today?

Anyone know where are the missing black people in the middle east?
Just for a reference, the US had a million slaves during the antebellum period and the black population in the US is about 45 million plus or 13 percent of the population today.

Strange isnt it. Blacks should makeup,atleast 25 percent of the Middle east considering that Arabs enslaved 20 times more black people than the US and the Arab slave trade went on for more than a 1000 years during a time when the middle east had a smaller population.

A lot of the slave trade took place in the Horn of Africa, the North of Africa and the West. There are groups of Black people across the Middle East and Asia, including rather large groups in India and Pakistan.
Estimates for how many Black people were kidnapped and sold in the Arab Slave Trade is between 7 and 20 million over about a millenia.

I,went to,the middle east recently, specifically saudi arabia and Lebanon, I didnt see that many black people. There were black people in the middle east and they were relegated to ghettos and poor suburbs where prostitution is rife but even, this was a small population of blacks.

Male slaves died or were castrated.
Female slaves died or had slave children who eventually 'passed'.

Being a slave meant death, though. The mines meant death, not procreation. Being a slave meant being expendable. That's why the slave farms of North America which cacs don't want to admit to were a big deal. Suddenly, instead of just selling slaves, slaves were specifically being bred to be slaves.
