The Lakers have won games with both an inconsistent AD. The sustained success post the trade deadline is directly attributed to a better overall team.

How is this even arguable, they’ve grown by leaps on both sides of the ball.

He ain’t gonna give you box scoring numbers every night but the dudes defense this playoff run is at its top. We won’t make playoffs without him and won’t win without him, it’s simple

AD so good everyone think every game should all time great. That’s the double standard to me. This narrative that he is inconsistent is bullshyt. The man plays great 90% of the time in the playoffs. Every last player this postseason had off nights but AD off nights are highlighted more than others

AD is a huge reason LA is who they are defensively.

He's a tremendous player and honestly there's nobody in the NBA like him

AD’s inconsistent offensively. But on defense he brings it every game and damn near every minute.

They dont even run any plays for him tho, lol.. He impacts the game soo much in other ways but all people care about is points.. Everything the warriors did was dictated by his impact on court.. Its crazy how people just look at if he got 20 points to say "hE DiD gOoD"..

They rarely ever just feed this man the ball..

this is definitely true…the Warriors abandoned a lot of their motion offense just to play “curry ball” because of ADs presence

They rarely ever just feed this man the ball..

This is definitely not true ..in fact a part the the lakers offensive problems boil down to how they force feed him isolation post looks instead of moving him around to confuse the defense

AD scored under 25 points 14 times in the playoffs out of 52 games

2/14 he left early in the Phx series
6/14 they was beating the brakes out of a Portland, Houston, GS, & Memphis in close out games


So really only 6 out of like 52 games AD really stunk it up beyond repair. I don’t see inconsistency at all
