The thing about that was, it wasn’t even supposed to be a 3 count. They scripted it for amateur rules but the refs didn’t know :mjlol:

No they did know, Jimmy Korderas knew that Kimura lock was a shoot MMA move and if it had went longer, Angle’s arm would’ve been broken. That why Puder was pinned even though his shoulder weren’t completely down and why Angle was extremely pissed at Puder. Al Snow basically explained why all these shoot segments were bad ideas, but nobody listened of course lol

Big Show being pissed that some of the dudes were sandbagging and/or no-selling his body slam was both :russ: and :merchant:. They had to edit one out, which is the one slapped lol

Which one did they edit out? Cause there is the guy that he almost slaps but then gives the knee drop to at the end. Then there is the guy in the middle that he really does slap lol

If you notice when Big Show slaps the guy, they never show him getting slammed by Show. It’s probably because he got up right after the slam and that pissed Show off from that point on lol.

Ohh okay I see it now, it was a quick edit, and skips to him standing up after. Curious how bad the no sell was

All the WWE dudes trying to act hard to these Tough Enough dudes was lame. Daniel woulda washed all of them :mjlol:
Then dude shoulda stayed in MMA if he wanted to shoot. If he legitimately wanted to make it as a pro wrestler, he should've known better. This ended up leading to him being thrown in there with Bob Holly, Eddie and Benoit at the Rumble so they could chop him to death before he was unceremoniously let go from the company.

:yeshrug: I'm not a Miz fan at all, but I remember thinking he had way, way more pro wrestling potential than Puder during this season

Puder would sweep and mop the floor with Angle back then, in his prime, and today :yeshrug:

and that's not a knock against Angle either.

Angle is 5'10 at best (despite being listed at 6'0) and a great amateur wrestler. truly great. Olympic Gold medal great.

however, Puder is a legit 6'3, 230+lb MMA specialist :yeshrug:

Angle didn't want that problem :skip:

one thing positive thing about Miz ive always said is it helps he was an actual hardcore pro wrestling fan and not somebody who had a combat background of any sort..right down to the way he works in the ring.

:childplease: Youre bugging. He wouldve gotten ragdolled by olympics level Angle. Yall dikkriding dude a lil too hard for getting the jump on a wrestler using subs in what was supposed to be a wrestling match. If Kurt had even a few months of Jiu Jitsu training at the time, he wouldve murdered dude. MMA specialist? :heh: Puder beat a bunch of cans and retired never even have competed in the UFC nor Pride and his grappling/wrestling creds dont even compare. Dude was mediocre as fukk as a fighter.
