- The third bill, S.J.Res.15, reversed a Trump-era U.S. Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) rule that changed regulations governing banks that give money to third parties to lend to borrowers.
No telling what kind of damage this does, or what underground funding the banks third parties and whoever were involved in.

The longer this is left unaddressed, the more illegitimate the SEC looks.
This is why I’m not worried. Too many eyes, many of which looking from outside of our borders, are taking notice of massive corruption that calls into question the legitimacy of Wall Street.
The SEC has no choice but to assert itself, these new rules the beginning stage of that process.
