I wonder how 005 going into effect tomorrow will change things if it does at all.

It should stop the can kicking for FTD's.
No more synthetics should be able to be created. However that's if these rules are enforced. Eventually the SEC has to let them know they can't let them do this anymore. How much deeper will they dig this grave? It's reaching a breaking point. I don't particularly seeing them survive through the entire summer. Wouldn't be shocked at all to see july being the month. Probably as soon as they get finished with adding more rules for this scenario. But after 005 goes into effect it would basically signal the end IF enforced. Can't forget they're all in with each other. SEC members go work for hedge funds all the time. Janet Yellen has been paid vast amounts of money to publically speak at citadel and for citadel for years.

I’m grabbing more shares tomorrow. I wanted to dip into GME but the price of entry for AMC is a lot more accessible, for my pockets at least, so that’s where I’m going to go :yeshrug:
I was thinking about jumping on GME last week too...but I've committed MAJOR paper to get 500 shares of AMC over the past week, and I'm not a rich man by any means.

I'm all the way brand new when it comes to the stock market so I'm trying to focus on one thing at a time.

That’s why it’s so important we organize because once this amc squeeze happen all of us will a lot more money collectively to make a difference in the stock market..no outside noise allowed we hold and buy! And it doesn’t matter if you have 1 share or 5000 let’s stay on the same page

Speaking of what we're going to do with our money, I feel like I have to get this off my chest. I think the thing I want most with the money is pay some people off, and do my own shyt, it's really that simple.
Too many people bother me with my life and quite frankly I'm a bit frustrated where I am. Like many of y'all I also have to take care of my parents, if I could break this generational pattern of taking care of our parents and then our children taking care of us, that would be huge.

I don't need much, a town house in a low-key city, a bike, give my car to my brother and get a new civic, I'm straight.

Would give half my earnings just so nikkas would leave me alone. I think a lot of millennials just want some independence on some real shyt.

"You grew up with them nikkas ha? You stuck with them nikkas ha?"

Salute to you. Both my parents passed away. Just my grams left and she’s good. I’ve told everyone I sold all my shares already. I’m not giving nobody shyt

Damn civil war going on in here right now. The beauty of where we are right now is that the magnitude of the fukkery is so extensive that ALL shareholders should be in a position to name their price. Getting to the squeeze required an army of buyers and holders (:pacspit: to day and swing traders in AMC) but when the squeeze happens this goes to some mercenary shyt where everyone who spent their money to obtain their positioning devides their personal sell price).

This is an entirely new situation so no one can say for certain how this is gonna run. If people sell early that’s on them. They get a quick come up and the chance to change their personal situation at minimum for the short term. To those who hold for x,xxx - xx,xxx - xxx,xxx and are trying to ensure that their grandkids don’t have to work (the boat I’m in) then do you and best of luck.

No one in this thread knows what’s gonna happen with this play and a lot of y’all on both sides are sounding real emotional. If you don’t think it’s going to “the moon” then cool but why do you have to try and convince others? If you think it will go to the moon, cool but everyone raising concerns with it not isn’t “FUD” it’s just investors stating their opinion in a stock thread.

Just make sure that you don’t set your sell targets so low that you regret all the money that you left on the table, especially if you aren’t figuring g taxes into the mix like a lot of posters obviously aren’t. On the flip side, don’t set your target so high and rely on that shyt to the point where you miss out on money and ignore indicators that it’s time to get out of your position.
