I went from obsessively checking my shyt, to looking at it one or twice a day max. Sometimes I just forget about it. Helps the anxiety a lot, to the point where I'm no longer phased if it hits 60 and in two days it's back down to 40. I'm like
We must all remember, this is an investment, payout isn't instant, we aren't day traders, so let's not put more stress on it..
Stress only comes from using funds that aren't allocated towards investments or the flow of income to replace the potential losses has stopped...That is just gambling....
I check my stocks and cryptos in the AM, Lunch, and closing times....
