And if somehow the share increase was passed before the squeeze the media would spin it as fud, saying that AMC is offering another dilution "get out now!"

Yup you already know if they approve that. The hedge firms will have a field day. Use all their media connections get as much FUD out there as possible. Honestly I don’t trust the AMC ceo like that. They had 10 billion in debt and revenue dropped by 79% because of Covid. He still doubled his salary and gifted his adult sons 500,000 shares a piece when it ballon at first.

After the squeeze he can do what he want. But right now he just in the way.

What happens if the share increase is passed? I'm guessing a squeeze would still be possible, but it'd take longer. It would also decrease the percentage of shares retailers hold.

I’m voting yes on the shares.

For one I think “the squeeze” will be over well before 2022

two the amount of shares they are asking for isn’t excessive. They’ve sold more than that during our run up and the price still went up.


3rd good news for the business of AMC is good news for us in the short term.

Keep in mind our current level is just organic price action. No squeeze yet. With some good news, We potentially could make it to $80 or $100 without the squeeze.

Vote yes for what? I wouldn't even take the chances on voting yes.
