So if they are powerful enough to keep the price down despite retail controlling it's destiny (if only they hodl), then what's stopping them from doing that indefinitely.
You usually provide good knowledge and plays but you don't know what's going on in gme and amc. AMC did an offering because they need the money. They did it at a reasonable price now cause it would be difficult finding a bulk buyer after a 100. Also it would killed the squeeze if done later on.They also can't do anymore offering 46k left that nothing. AMC volume daily is 200 mil plus that 46k would be covered quick. I'm not a fan of adam aron but he always said he going to do what's best for amc. Those offering lately is helping them long term. Is the squeeze guarentee no but from the information we gotten I really believe we going to make alot of money here amc and gme but also change the system for all investors in a positive way.

They need money. They have enough for the next years or so but there in major debt. I don't blame them for doing offering at these higher price they need to make money too while not fukking up the squeeze later on. Adam aron knows this movement saved his company. It sucks for share holds now but they got it out the way.

Ceo can’t cut that deal without share holder approval and it also takes months to issue shares. Couple that with the fact that it would be a pr disaster that hurts the business long term if they fukk over the people that actually go to the movies and support amc
You can’t buy them at 42.8 unless it drops back down. Pre-market price is the price it is right now.

If you a top guy then you should know about all of the rules put in place to tie hedgies hands particularly nscc2012 002 which we have been discussing at length,
you would know that they are spending substantial, unsustainable amounts of money to suppress AMC alone. You would know that they broke the all time high in repo loans this week with 500b in one day, for 59 market makers to maintain liquidity.
