Be ready for tax man next year. Put at least 25% a sideI really want to thank y’all for this thread. I invest 2k of my tax refund money in AMC back when shyt first started shutting down last year. Outside of mutual bonds for my Roth IRA I never really got into investing like that. But I had a little dough to spend and saw how much the market was tanking. Also I always heard to buy low and sell high so I said fukk it. I figured shyt will bounce back once everything starts to open up again which I didn’t think would be this soon
Got in at $1.01
Got a bunch of other cheap stocks too but way less shares. Haven’t made shyt on any of them other than a little on COTY. But I barely even check them figuring everything was long term. Happened to see this thread last week and lurked it
When i saw everybody pumping this shyt up I knew it was time to sell soon
Sold it all when it hit $63 thinking it wouldn’t get no higher
Good luck to y’all and eat. I hope I won’t be kicking myself for selling it all but I made a real nice profit off stocks for the first time in my life

I got into a debate about this in the crypto thread...money is money so I’m not clowning the size of your investment per se but there’s something inherently wrong with folks tryna clown someone for taking 6 figure profits when they would probably kill to be in that position

At that time I had no idea it would blow up like this. Me and my girl decided to get into stocks when we saw the market tanking and we were on quarantine. nikkas woulda been mad at me if I had tried to put y’all on to the stock I really thought was gonna blow becuz of the pandemic which was AIMWell you should of put ppl on like OP did
