I think there are real flaws in TDKR, especially in the final 45 minutes....but its unquestionably a better film than The Amazing Spiderman, which a film that was obviously butchered in post-production.

Outside of improving on the depiction of Parker/Spiderman and the love interest, this film did NOTHING better than Raimi's first two
