I'm guessing this is 3 or 4 tracks?I heard at least 3 on the snippets.
:jbhmm: Anyone know if this is dropping as a physical?

Usually if it's not stated to be a vinyl release then it goes onto streaming platforms. That's how he's been doing drops the past few years.

He was working with Ski Beatz before AL

Curren$y works with some if the best producers period but I see what you're saying
Oh no doubt. You're 100% on the money. I'm probably annoying you but I think it was an important project in hindsight. It was more surprising that Al worked with Currensy instead of the other way around. Currensy had been fukking with Ski and had a record of doing full projects with dope producers. But at the time Al had a reputation for mostly working with Mobb, Lox, Dilated, G-Unit, etc. He sort of had his go to cats, and Chemical Warfare had recently dropped to mixed reviews, and suddenly it's announced he's doing a full project with Currensy, who A: isn't really his lane and B: he hadn't done any full projects for anyone besides Return of the Mac. A lot of Al fans at the time thought it was a weird pairing when the pics of them, Just Blaze, and Saigon all in the lab together dropped.

I think Currensy/Cover Coup set off the trend of him doing full projects as well as working with newer artists and changing his sound more.

i'd rather just hear mikey and alc

never was the biggest fan of chuck's rapping
I can take it or leave it (Chuck's rapping). Has Al done anything for both of them before? This is all I've heard but I thought Chuck and this beat did mesh well together.
EDIT: I swear if this sample isn't Nautilus it's another Bob James joint.

Alchemist gettin sloppy.

Cool Kids cool and all but cmon already.

I mean Alchemist has produced EPs for ChrisCo and Jay Worthy. Is this really that big of a surprise? :manny: Those dudes are both significantly worse than Cool Kids.

Primo had Group Home, NYGz, Nick Javas, Malay, and Khaleel. Neptunes had Famlay and Coldchain. And I actually like a few of those acts, but the list goes on and on. Dilla, Madlib, Pete, Dre, 9th Wonder, Nottz...if you name any dope producer we can name lots of average to below average emcees they've gone out of their way to work with. The people they find interesting to work with aren't always the top shelf rhymers. Actuaslly scratch that. Rarely are they the most top shelf rhymers.

At least Primo was working with hood dudes. Gave the music proper grit.

Bronson, Domo, Cool Kids all give me bozo vibes.

I’m sure it’ll be a fine album. I’m nitpicking.

Alc did the My 1st Chemistry set with Boldy James which was cool and the domo tape was good to me.. But yea he didn't need to do that tape with him and Bronson

You definitely nitpicking. Bozo vibes ? What's bozo about Domo ? No Idols is a flawless project. It's like his best work. Rare Chandeliers is Bronson's best work too.

What about Covert Coup ? You don't fukk with that either ?
