After this season of South Park I think he's an ad who doesn't know he's an ad, subconsciously and unknowingly making threads about shytty movies that nobody cares about and posting IGN movie reviews nobody cares about for the movies that people do care about.
It actually makes sense when you think about.
Like,the movies he randomly picks to watch and create threads about are films that nobody has even thought about in 5 years,even netflix doesnt carry them.
Its probably just an algorithm created by cook that randomly select films and creates threads about. It doesnt even post again after creating the thread.

Or, in a plot twist... he's related to someone who's worked on all those movies in a low position, like a catering woman or a teamster, and he promotes them desperately so they can get that 0.1 cent per dvd sold (because they're not available on blu-ray).
