didn't have a fever. But, got a head cold that started on Thursday and was kicking my ass Friday/Saturday. I just bombed my system with dayquil/nyquil and shyt broke yesterday. Still have to blow my nose a bit, but not constantly.

this shyts horrible man. cold sweats with heat flashes, diarrhea, not a lot of mucus thankfully but im kinda losing my taste

hope it aint you know what... i am vaccinated with boosters tho

of course i get sick while this happens. havent been able to eat anything in 2 days ugh

five days ago it was in the 60s. it was nice. today its like 13F, even worse with wind chill

if you got some tips for dealing with the flu im all ears

i would avoid talking as much as possible... ive lost my voice a couple of times. tea with lots of honey helps.. theraflu is bullshyt lol

robitussin used to make a decent honey cough syrup. havent seen it in a long time.. tho i havent exactly looked for it either

but my voice came back within a week. good excuse to call out of work at least... i got the next 3 days off at least
