crazy shyt is he was actually doing a good job until these last couple weeks
the last 2 games have been awful
Im hoping he gets the Stanford job but who the fukk can we hire to replace him
the best OCs are gonna get HC jobs
We might have to go get somebody from college
In the NFL you have to find a good position coach to poach now before they get hot but Harbs sucks at XOs and wouldn’t know what to do so I wouldn’t be surprised if just calls his brother.
Not sure how to feel about Matt Weiss or Sherrone Moore being our next OC...

Insanity has gone rampant this morning it’s a lot of that Huntley talk on the radio, I swear them boys from harford, Anne arundel and carrol county are blowing up the phones on the radio

If Roman leaves (which I doubt - I think the Card are aiming higher), I'd guess Harbs just promotes Urban. He's the coach who probably knows Lamar best and we tend to go in-house for these kind of moves anyway. IIRC he did interview for the OC job w/Detroit last year and I think the Eagles were interested in him before that.

I try to not even pay attention to Lamar debates because both sides are extreme
One side thinks hes trash and cant throw and the other side thinks hes jesus in cleats and can do no wrong
I like Huntley and think hes a good backup but he doesn’t have the arm to be a starter
anybody who thinks he should be the starter isn’t worth debating

I think Roman is gone even if he doesn’t get the Stanford job
remember our coordinators didn’t get extended last year(thats why Wink asked for his release) so Roman is in the final year of his deal
If they were planning on keeping him he would’ve been extended already
Personally I want to see Lamar in a spread or the Shanahan offense
I think theu should try to talk Gary Gubiak out of retirement or get Rick Dennison from Minny
or go get somebody from college who runs a spread
