That's a Pro Bowl C, solid backup, keeping one of our better interior linemen, a potential beast at #2 WR and some help on the edge at DE. That's a good start to me...none of this matters if they don't play well, but all indications out of Flowery Branch were that we weren't gonna make big moves this offseason, but they've positioned themselves to get 4-5 new starters and if they draft well, possibly 4-5 impact players. That's a good look

I can't complain about today's haul, especially since we got Matt one of the best centers in the game. It's being reported that Sanu will be in Foxboro tomorrow, so I don't know how good are chances are with him. If we can nail the draft, my confidence in this regime will grow tenfold

Jerrell Freeman, Sanu, Jared Cook, and Boykin are people that I want them to sign. This would leave us to drafting an outside LB first, a guard, and a safety in the first 3 rounds. I'd be ok with that.

Last time we had a good center was Todd McClure and that team went to a NFC Championship game...we've neglected the position for too long, I'd rather overspend to get it right then underpay and hope a stop gap like Mike Person (who had 4 fumbles) or James Stone just happen to figure it out. I think we could get some real depth in the draft especially on defense
