Nah each had a few elite domincan players sprinkled on the team but those dugouts werent dominated by dominican culture...You got Adam Lind and Colby Rasmus walking up to bat to El Canario and Fernando Villalona hits...

Astros gonna be a problem in a few years i said it from the beigning they were smart to hit rock bototm for a few years

this has always been my stance on sports. my mets are dogshyt year in year out. at their best, they look like a .500 team. the fukk is the point? if you're gonna be a bad team, be the worst team. i don't buy into the whole "oh but their confidence!" horseshyt.

in the end it's probably been the difference between 10-12 wins. 10-12 pointless wins. it also makes the year you finally break through even better... but i know people will tell me these guys are competitors and nobody wants to lose and blahblah. no one is going to the park anyway

... oh and signing the Grandersons of the world for 4 years isn't helping either... i mean, he'll probably help them suck over the life of the deal, but not enough and he just bloats the already tiny payroll for our broke owners.

in closing, i hate the mets despite how much i like the young pitching
