I have a feeling we'll be facing the Texans in Feburary
Wouldn't that be something

but i'll be damn if he start his ROY campaign against my team
Jordan lived in the Texans backfield, giving backup right tackle Derek Newton fits in the first half of the Saints' 34-27 win over the Texans in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Jordan tallied five total tackles, including one sack on Texans quarterback Matt Schaub. The Saints will hope this production follows him into the regular season, especially when defensive end Will Smith serves his four-game suspension for his role in the alleged bounty program.
"He's going right like he's supposed to go in his sophomore year," said interim coach Joe Vitt. "He's taking the game much more seriously. He came in 10 pounds thinner, so I think you see his quickness. That's a proper progression for a good football player."
The second-year defensive end began abusing Newton on the Texans' second offensive series. Jordan blew past Newton on an Arian Foster running play. Newton grabbed hold of Jordan as the Saints defender nearly yanked down Foster for a loss, but Roman Harper cleaned up the play tackling Foster for a 4-yard loss. An official did penalize Newton for holding.
Newton's second holding call didn't prevent Jordan from a big play late in the first quarter. Newton held Jordan as he beat him off the edge again, but no matter as Jordan sacked Schaub for 7-yard loss. It led to a Saints turnover on the next play as rookie cornerback Corey White stripped Texans rookie wideout Keyshawn Martin, allowing defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis to pounce on the ball.
Jordan also saved the Saints on a potential Texans touchdown-scoring drive. Jordan displayed his prowess on run defense as he halted Foster for only a 1-yard gain on third-and-2 at the Saints 16, holding Houston to a field goal.
oh yeah, Nick Toon will finally make his debut this Thursday.
Good, even tho we going give him the Meachem treatment this year. I don't expect him to see the field.
