that's him. He's been cleaning up what Ed Wade and what Drayton Mclane did. Drayton when he owned the Astros pushed off rebuilding and wanted the team to be decent. Well all that duct tape that he had done didn't work and lead to farm system being shyt. Now Luhnow getting rid of the junk and going to do it right.
