so the guy who did the arbitration for the MLB for 13 years (and the NFL) and looked over the Ryan Braun case and overturned it was fired today by the MLB.

As much as I believe Braun used roids and got away with it, I'm not sure how this guy wasn't clearly justified to side with the player since the protocol strayed from the official process. IDK
