Florida also has nearly identical numbers of Blacks (3.35m vs 3.55m) despite having like 8 to 10m fewer residents overall than Texas. Same issue in Cali but worse. California's Black population declined and we see their football falling off.

Higher proportion of Blacks correlates with more talent....Georgia, Louisiana, Florida etc.
