Hogan was also an actor. And not particularly entertaining in the ring.

That's my point, his charisma and character is what made him a successful wrassler, not his technical ability which was zero

Others like HBGOAT could tell a story in the ring better than anyone, while these othe indie clowns may be more athletic and pull off my technically difficult moves, all that shyt it means nothing ultimately

Wrestling is fake bro. Nash is definitely elite. See thats what this whole debate is a about. WHAT IS WRESTLING?

Nash entertained people as a wrestler. He's an elite wrestler because he is one of the greats.

He's 7' feet tall. He did what he was supposed to do.

Thats the shyt people pay to see. They always will. That is wrestling. Dean Malenko is not a better wrestler than Kevin Nash. Because wrestling is fake.

Ricochet is not better than Kevin Nash. Is he a better athlete?? Sure... Can he do more moves??? Sure...

But Wrestlers are entertainers. Hulk Hogan, didn't give a fukk about a headlock bro. He's the greatest. Undisputed he is Jordan, Jackson, Ali of wrestling. Racist shyt aside. Thats what I don't get about smarks with their work rate arguments and shyt.

Being a great wrestler is everything from Your Attire, to your walk, You promo's, how you play off the crowd, how you sell, all that shyt is wrestling Because it's a show.

Being good at all of that makes you an ELITE wrestler. Not flips and fake holds. Thats what this Ricochet argument is about at heart. This shyt is goofy. Wrestling is hokey as is. But that shyt made no sense in the context of a fake fight. That was Vaders point. They have no heat, they're just in the ring flipping and not selling.

Hogan and Warrior got an emotional response from Running the ropes. RUNNING THE ROPES!!!!! That's great wrestling. Thats great storytelling.

It's a dikkhead somewhere saying they couldn't work. They made you forget this shyt was fake. These dude's are acting. But it felt like two god's clashed in the heavens. That's wrestling. Doesn't matter if they did one move.

To be honest the shyt is more impressive if you can draw people in and pop the crowd from a simple backdrop.

Cesaro has 90 moves... Literally...

and NONE of them shyt's will pop the crowd. Like a Mudhole Stomping by Stone Cold.

Cesaro is not a better worker than Steve Austin. Nash is elite. And that Ricochet/Ospreay match was some ol bullshyt.

I agree with the last bit. I do that think Hogan was the greatest worker though, most popular hell yeah. But I think Bret Hart was a better worker.

But HBK had skill though there is no denying that. He was good in the ring and had great charisma.

They both worked the same match over and over for decades. They both good to me. Just depends on who you identify with more as a character. I can't say whose better or worse cause the shyt is fake. It's all in whatever stage is set up.

How many times do you have to say "wrestling is fake"? We already know that. Who even said that being a good wrestler required flippy shyt? No one. It doesn't change the fact that Nash was boring in the ring. :umad:

And who could forget having one of the all time worst World Title reigns as Diesel? A whole year of mediocrity. :scusthov:

I haven't seen that match yet but I've seen plenty from both guys. I like them and appreciate what they bring to the table but I will always prefer WWE big match style (not to be confused with WrestleMania main event style). I'm talkin a match like Triple H vs. HBK at the Royal Rumble 2004.

A lot of people complained and said they were just "laying around too much" but I disagree. They'd hit a big move or get nailed with a weapon and they'd be down for a while. I like the imagery of both men bleeding buckets and struggling to even get to their feet.
