That Will Ospreay vs Ricochet match, might be the worst piece of shyt I've ever seen

I finally got around to watching this. I agree about this being way too "choreographed". All this flippy-counter shyt is absurd, then out of all those special moves, it's the basic boots, forearms, and uppercuts doing the most damage? And on top of all that the pinning sequence has a glaring botch. Sure it can be chalked up partly to style, but this shyt was more like two trying to look sweet, as they say on the fiyastarter podcast. And I've only seen a couple Ospreay matches but calm down with all the calling for crowd reaction shyt and learn some facial expressions.

A Villa Straylight.
Finally watched it. My biggest and maybe only gripe is they didn't sell any or the moves. If you get kicked in the head you don't spin around and do a DDT. That shyt wasn't sold enough. I'm really not sure whose fault that was cause I watched Ricochet vs Low-ki and they both sold well. There were also way too many counter spots. It started to mirror a Shaw brothers film. Though I will say some of the shyt they did was :ooh:.

You exposing you don't know shyt comparing that choreography smark trash to what Eddie and Dean did in the ring :mjlol:
And youre exposing that you cant read because i said OUTSIDE of them. Some smark must have really made you mad at some point

Wait hold on i know your response
"Smark, neckbeard, tears, Kang, Kliq"

To that i say

Youre a terrible troll and laughed at by most on this forum. I know you dont care and have been probably laughed at your whole life but in addition to that you are also completely wrong. And trust me, im one of the last brehs on this board you want to have a mark/smark argument with. Outside of your grandmothers basement, there are all types of wrestling out there. You dont have to like it but considering who youre a fan of, you have no fukking clue what youre commenting on. Stop embarassing yourself.

The problem is the match looks too choreographed. Rey and em used to bust these moves out during the flow of the match
He slowed down for some opponents like the three i mentioned before and the matches were better as a result but on the whole especially his early Psicosis matches were routines as is the basis of Lucha. Im not disagreeing that it was a bit much but im saying calling it a piece of shyt (especially like the TS being a HHH and Nash fan) is unwarrented.

Pretty much my only gripe with it was that this took place in New Japan and not Mexico or the indies but ultimately, the story was to show that one was the better high flier than the other so i had to let that go. :manny:

That was kind of a :gucci: spot but the match overall was pretty good. I'm starting to become a fan of Shibata. :ehh:
After O'Spray/Ricochet, I refuse to watch any full matches involving O'Spray. I can't do it, man. I will say, that the tall vanilla midget ZSJ impressed me in a match against Martin Stone. No flippy shyt, just pure wrestling. :ehh:

You're missing out. Ospreay is an entertaining worker. I view him kind of like the Young Bucks in that his matches are extremely entertaining and action packed but don't expect wrestling psychology 101.
