During the 03-06 period Atlanta really only fukked with local cats..but Dipset came through and crushed shyt everyone I knew fukked with them at a time when we didn’t fukk with NY cats like that.

I got on to Max late tho..like 4 years ago. I was deployed in the middle of a fukkin mountain valley in the Philippines and downloaded some mixtapes before we left because I knew I wouldn’t have service out there and I listened to the whole Million Dollar Baby mixtape :wow: been a fan since

I wholeheartedly agree , I would have been hesitant to say shyt like this a couple years due to backlash from older heads but now I could careless , they made soulful street music and had a heavy impact on NYC culture at the time of their run . I'll always defend this era until the wheels fall off .
I know this is sacrilege but M.O.B mixtape to me is a top five group album ever as good as like enter the wu tang or straight outta comptin

It was my favorite project released that year and the first time I heard stack and max b
