Now you know 62 had to be the one to pick up ECW. They were independent and still relatively new, they dipped their toe into the wrestling pool occasionally (Smoky Mountain, USWA,

:flabbynsick: AWF), and they were showing Anime on late Friday nights when that shyt started really gaining steam in the States.

That edited scene of the spider lady shooting that web out her puss in Wicked City had a young me like :gladbron::wow:

Didn't they used to air USWA on Saturday mornings? Flash Flanigan was over as fukk:damn:

PG-13 in USWA was even more :mjpls: than in WWF. Hubcaps as tag belts:deadmanny:

Yep and seeing cats like PG-13 and Brian Christopher was :ohhh: because these are all cats I’d read about in the Apter rags.

Did all they asses dirty when they went to the big leagues :mjlol:

You could make an argument that Too Cool stole the PG-13 gimmick :patrice:

When they added PJ-187 though :wow:

Speaking of the Apter mags, it would be interesting to see who were the indy darlings back then. I remember Reckless Youth always being mentioned.
