Holidays coming up and I am sure most of y'all are looking to 
 all the time, but its a great time to step back a bit to cut and be ready for the summer. I am looking to drop 30lbs myself by late April (wedding) and this is the best time to do it to get that 
 effect from everyone around you thinking you look 
 underneath all those extra layers of clothing.
What are you planning on? I think bulking up would be great this time too...cold as shyt up north so your activity is likely to be low...add those extra 500 calories per day and light workout and you would be ready by the summer. Don't fall for that new year's resolution shyt
