Trying to bulk up to 185! Bout 165 now!
All the things you take in extra SOME of it will turn into fat...its almost impossible for it not to happen. You can minimize it by eating clean, but to not expect to gain any fat is something professional body builders strive for and LIVE this shyt 24/7Why can't you just bulk up and not gain fat? shyt, i'll be keeping the same diet on the yearly.

Interesting, tough call. @ the bolded.i broke my thumb on right hand last march benchin' 155lbs. i was 154lbs at that time but when i broke my thumb i stopped liftin', then thought to myself that a real lifter wouldn't let something like a broke thumb stop him from puttin' that work in at the gym

Gonna give this shyt a try^^^^, been workin' out for the last 3 months with no supplements, started benchin' 105lbs in august, now benchin' 145lbs and i weigh 144lbs, i broke my thumb on right hand last march benchin' 155lbs. i was 154lbs at that time but when i broke my thumb i stopped liftin', then thought to myself that a real lifter wouldn't let something like a broke thumb stop him from puttin' that work in at the gym...don't underestimate squats either because after barely doing 1 rep with the 145lbs (benching) I did a few sets of squats with 65lbs or so and immediately after busted out 4 straight reps benching 145, doing squats releases testosterone naturally enabling you to get more pumps/reps, i woke up with a hard on and didn't have to pee, also squats/leg presses increases the size of the one eyed snake*,-
my goal is to bench 185lbs by the end of december...
