Nancy Reagan was a fame whore from the jump. The whole reason Ronald even got into politics was because his acting career was in decline and Nancy saw politics as a way for them to stay famous. She was probably sucking and fukking other dudes the whole time they were together.

Ronald Reagan was a fool. Between Nancy and Lee Atwater it's clear he was just a good mouthpiece and vessel for people way smarter than him. This doesn't surprise me at all.

Michael Moore had that great clip from Reagan giving a speech where some CEO basically told him to stop talking and Reagan STFU like Mr. Maggoo. Reagan was NEVER a smart politician. He was a great actor.

shyt, I watched this interview this morning where David Gergen said they gave him a brief book for meeting the G-8 or G-10 and Reagan didn't read a word of it because Sound of Music was on TV.

Think he was fukking her and some other chick at the same time. He really loved the other chick and he proposed to her and she turned him down. While that was happening he knocked up Nancy and she trapped him with a git. She was basically the action all along. I'm pretty sure the string pullers was grooming him even back then for office and she saw that and decided to hop on the train. Match made in heaven. 2 actors who could play the role and fool the average person while HW, Rumsfeld and Co was basically out here playing chess with people's lives.
