I live on the Plano/Frisco border. LA Fitness & 24hr Fitness here have so many bad Indian and Asian chicks.

Indians shower compulsively, more than Americans do. Personal hygiene is much more important to both Hindu and Muslim culture than it is to any Western culture.

You sound ignorant as fukk. I'm guessing you've never actually met an Indian before and are taking a stereotype you heard online (based on the fact that they use different spices, deodorants, and perfumes than americans) and somehow translated that into the made-up idea that they don't show

You can speak for yourself they probably shower more than you but I must say that stereotype didn't come from any where I have a lot of Indians that attend my uni and a good amount of them (not all) smell musty, so you are saying my nose being offended would be ignorant? because I don't smell the spices you talk about i just smell unclean underarms.

In Indian culture (I'm talking about in-India Indians), washing in the morning is part of strict daily routine that is as expected as brushing your teeth or eating breakfast, and if you go to prayers then you shower before that too, and if you go out anywhere you usually shower again before putting on your good clothes. And Muslim Indians often shave their armpits as part of their religious practice so they don't even have hair to accumulate scent there.

However, just like every part of the world they have different deodorant practices in every country and most people in tropical countries that I'm familiar with (south Asia, Africa) don't even use western deodorants unless they're Westernized. Instead, they rely on bathing regularly and their own perfumes/colognes, which smell different than ours. And because they eat a completely different diet with different spices and ingredients, their regular b.o. smell is different than ours too. Has nothing to do with bathing frequency.

In your experience, do all white college students bath regularly, especially the ones in math/science/engineering classes?

I’m in Colombia right now, in a tourist area and my wife asked “why do those guys smell so musty?” I turned around and it was a group of Indians
