You would be tripping too if it was you locked up for this in Georgia. All the lawyers and prosecutors will be quick to remind you of that 30yr maximum you can get. I don't care how good your attorney is, he has to disclose all possible outcomes to you including those max penalties. Later time I got arrested in didn't have to step foot in a courtroom not once. My lawyer was that good buy still throughout the process he always reminded what could happen if I were convicted. nikka my nerves were bad to say the least , everytime I thought about the possibility of me going away always was a total buzz kill. shyt. Aint. Fun. At. All.
