i can honestly say without the help of hormones it takes excessive amounts of work and time in the gym to achieve the bodies that people are discussing here

nevertheless i quote myself in reference to my friends recent struggles in the gym:

"You can lift big or make excuses for why you cant"

:dro: its really what it boils down too

'A man must constantly exceed his level'

- Bruce Lee

but that's bruce lee though. :usure: what may work for bruce lee might not work for you. in fact, it could kill you. know your limits.

the funny thing is that some people think that overall fitness is based on how someone looks which is also a huge misconception. what sense would it make to be ripped and muscular as shyt if your health is going down because of that shyt? lurking on the bb.com forums, it's disturbing to hear how many of these guys in their 20s screaming about "aesthetics", bragging about how they're fitness models and modeling, looking huge, muscular and ripped as shyt with some serious health problems and even dropping dead trying to look a certain way. :dwillhuh: is it really that serious?

that's one reason why i don't fukk with any of these supplements not even the protein shakes and try to encourage myself to do cardio on my off days even if it might make me lose weight because at the end of the day, there's no point to going to the gym if it's going to affect your health.
